BrushGuard® warranty

Your BrushGuard® product is made to last a long time. The BrushGuard® quality warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If you discover, during the warranty period, that your BrushGuard® product is defective, broken or malfunctioning, return it to the address below. We will replace any defective product for free and pay the shipping charges to your return address in Canada or the United States.

Be sure to write your name, address and phone number and attach the receipt showing the date of purchase.

  • Shipping costs
    Shipping costs to send the defective product to Customer Service are the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping charges to return a the replacement BrushGuard® product are paid by Novalab Inc. for any address in Canada or the United States.

 

  • Altered or modified product
    The quality guarantee does not cover a product that has been altered, modified and/or showing signs of inappropriate use.

SteriZone® quality warranty

Your SteriZone® product kit is designed for professional use. The SteriZone® quality warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If, during the warranty period, you discover that a product from your SteriZone® kit is defective, broken or malfunctioning, contact Customer Service at the following number:

A customer service representative will tell you how to replace the product. Your product will be replaced free of charge and the shipping costs will be handled by Novalab Inc.

  • Installation costs
    The quality guarantee does not cover the cost of installing the product at its place of use.
