Shipping Policy

Canada: Free shipping on orders of $35 or more before taxes. For orders under $35 before taxes, the following shipping fees apply:

 

·      $18.00 to $34.99 before taxes: $5 shipping

·      $17.99 or less before taxes: $8 shipping

 

United States: Free shipping on all orders of $35 or more before taxes. For orders of less than $35 before taxes, a shipping fee of $7.95 applies.

 

 

 

Preparation and delivery times

 

Orders are prepared in 3 to 6 business days and shipped by Canada Post and USPS. Delivery time may vary from 3 to 10 business days. Products purchased online are not shipped outside Canada and the United States.

 

In case of loss or breakage of a package by Canada Post or USPS between Novalab Inc. shipping point and the customer's delivery address, Novalab Inc. will replace the ordered products at no cost to the customer. The shipping cost of the replacement products will be assumed by Novalab inc.
