Refund policy

The refund and return policy applies only to products purchased online at brushguard.ca. Any product purchased at a pharmacy must be returned to the point of purchase and will be subject to the refund policy of the company responsible for the point of purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must provide us with the order number.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGE(IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@novalab.ca and send us your item to: 2350 rue Power, Drummondville, QC, J2C 7Z4, Canada.

SHIPPING

To return a product, you must mail it to: Novalab inc., 2350 rue Power, Drummondville, QC, J2C 7Z4, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
